Technical support via email and upgrades for the first 12 months after purchase are included. Support and upgrades beyond 12 months from the day of purchase are subject to additional fees (50% of initial purchase).

No, you don't. PDF Creator Pilot library is royalty-free. You need to purchase appropriate license only.
2. Can I redistribute run-time files of the PDF library together with my application?
Yes. You can redistribute PDF Creator Pilot with your product as long as you abide by the terms of the License.
